POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS
- All Sales are Final on any item purchased at a Discount or Sale price...No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds.
- All "Discontinued" FRYE leather goods (Bags, Wallets, etc) are being offered at a discount, with Free Shipping, as a Final Sale, and as noted on each individual product page, they are non-returnable.
POLICY FOR REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS
- Any item purchased at regular price may be sent back to us within 10 days, for an Even Exchange or Store Credit only.
- Before shipping any items back to us, be sure to contact us (using info listed below) to receive the correct RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS, along with the required RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (which will need to be written on the outside of the return package).
- We will NOT accept return items unless they are sent back in perfect condition (no signs of use, damage, smell of perfumes, or stains), along with their original packaging. Should we receive such items, they will be returned to the customer.
- All "current" FRYE leather goods (Bags, Wallets, etc) are being sold at regular price (no discount), and they may be sent back within 10 days for exchange, or store credit only. Please contact us for an RA#, and to confirm the availability of the style/color for which you would like us to send in exchange, as well as, the appropriate Return Shipping Address.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges/costs for any items sent back for exchange or store credit.
- We are only able to process exchanges for items that were purchased online from jfentongifts.com.
POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, while we still have stock available.
